Charlotte Kitchen & Home Remodeling Contractor - How to Draw an Elliptical Arch

One of our signature trademarks in kitchens and homes across Charlotte is the beautiful segmented arch. This architectural arch detail brings increased height, beauty and style to any doorway or entryway.
We build segmented arches in sizes that are entirely customized to your home’s scale and architectural detail. Some segmented arches are 36-inches while other larger ones are 6-feet wide!
The tops of the segmented arches that we build can be textured with plaster, drywall, brick, stone, paint and just about any other wall covering or texture idea that our homeowners can imagine! This is one of the great architectural elements that we use to help give your home character, unique design elements, and a sense of individual style that is your own house!
In the video below, master carpenter Charles Brown of The Charlotte Remodeling Company shows you how we professionally create the beautiful segmented arch in your home!

Charlotte Myers Park Dilworth Home Remodel & Kitchen Remodel

We've Remodeled Homes in Charlotte Since 1978

The Charlotte Remodeling Company is a different type of residential remodeling company. Our approach, style and genuine passion for building and remodeling is as unique as your home is from your neighbor's.

Here are the "extras" that we always include in remodel projects:

  • Landscape Irrigation - sometimes we need to disconnect up to several zones of your irrigation system to accommodate the remodel process. We will keep the system intact so you can still water most of your property.

  • Temporary Fencing - to contain pets or just to keep from encroaching the neighbors property, or to keep mud from washing into neighbors yards.

  • Neighbor Notification - we provide a letter template for you to use to notify ell neighbors in advance about your upcoming projects and how long the project might last.

  • Set boundaries for the job site. Let the company know you expect routine precautions, such as employee background checks for anyone who will have access to your home. Also, establish some ground rules about parking, bathroom use, smoking, and other issues that might concern you. This is your home and we will respect you!

Investigate a contractor's work history and work habits. Some contractors are specialists and some are generalists, so make sure their abilities are appropriate to your project. Take time to see their work firsthand, and look for three things: some similarity to your project, quality materials and workmanship, and consistent client satisfaction.

Also, track small indicators that signal professionalism or a lack thereof. Are your phone calls returned in a timely manner? Are appointments and meeting times kept? Do company vehicles and/or dress code reflect pride and cleanliness? Carelessness in these small matters does not bode well for the quality of work. You'll find that The Charlotte Remodeling Company excels in our pride for quality work and our passion for exceptional customer service and attention to details!

Charlotte Kitchen Remodeling Contractor - Beautiful Kitchens!

Charlotte kitchen remodelers like The Charlotte Remodeling Company bring your kitchen dramatic designs and materials!Kitchen remodeling in Charlotte is probably the most requested remodeling job from our homeowner customers. And we love kitchen remodeling!

The kitchen for so many families is the central heart and hub of the home. It’s where families come together and grow.

When we start to work with you in planning your kitchen remodel, it helps to know if you prefer a more classic or more modern look. Making that decision will help you start to narrow down choices on everything from wall color to cabinet doors. Picking a very specific design theme, such as French Colonial or Craftsman, gives you even more of a design road map. Mixing and matching styles typically is called eclectic, while a look that blends traditional and contemporary elements is considered transitional.
Charlotte Kitchen Remodeling Contractors remodel kitchens and bring creative and craftsman experience from The Charlotte Remodeling Company.

Kitchen remodels and designs can come in just as many styles as their are choices:

  • Arts & Crafts
